Anti-Spam & Acceptable Use Policy

Strict Enforcement

AmyID Systems, Inc. is committed to maintaining the highest standards of email deliverability and ethical digital communication. This policy governs all electronic messaging sent via our systems or on behalf of our logistics partners.

1. Zero Tolerance Policy

AmyID Systems maintains a Zero Tolerance stance toward unsolicited commercial email (SPAM). Any use of our infrastructure to transmit messages to recipients who have not provided explicit, verifiable consent is strictly prohibited.

2. Transactional Nature of Traffic

Our infrastructure is designated primarily for system alerts and transactional notifications. Permitted use cases include:

  • Shipment tracking updates and POD alerts.
  • Account security notifications (2FA, Password Reset).
  • Invoices and billing statements.

3. Prohibited Data Sources

The use of the following list types is strictly forbidden:

  • Purchased, rented, or leased email databases.
  • Lists compiled via web scraping or automated harvesting.
  • Marketing newsletters without double opt-in verification.

Email validation services may be employed only for addresses that have already undergone a valid opt-in procedure.

4. Operational Requirements

Every email transmission originated from our domain (amyid.com) must include:

  • Functional Unsubscribe Link: A clear mechanism for immediate removal from our mailing lists.
  • Sender Transparency: Clear and accurate identification of the sender's domain and organizational identity.
  • Physical Address: Our Phoenix, AZ headquarters address.

5. Enforcement and Oversight

Failure to comply with these standards will result in the immediate termination of system access and potential reporting to global industry blacklists.
