Privacy Policy for AmyID Systems

Effective Date: February 11, 2026

This Privacy Policy outlines how AmyID Systems, Inc. (hereinafter "AmyID," "we," "us," or "our") collects, manages, and protects data within our global logistics infrastructure. As a processor of supply chain identity data, we adhere to stringent data protection standards, including GDPR and CCPA, to ensure business continuity and privacy.

1. Scope of Data Collection

We process information through two primary channels:

  • Logistics Data (Processor Role): Data provided by our B2B clients (shippers/carriers) regarding shipment recipients. This includes names, addresses, and contact details strictly for the purpose of delivery notification.
  • System Telemetry: To maintain API stability, we automatically collect metadata, including IP addresses, API latency logs, and interaction logs via industry-standard telemetry tools.

2. Integration of Secondary Service Providers

To facilitate high-performance operations, we share specific data subsets with selected third-party service providers. These include:

  • Cloud Infrastructure: Secure storage of manifest data (AWS/GCP).
  • Email Service Providers (ESPs): Facilitation of essential transactional alerts (Mailgun/SendGrid).
  • Sms/Voice Gateways: For multi-channel delivery updates.

These partners are authorized to use your information only as necessary to provide these services. We do not disclose individual brand names of our utility providers to maintain structural security.

3. Commitment Against Commercialization

AmyID Systems maintains a strict policy: we never sell, rent, or lease logistics data to third parties.

Information is utilized exclusively for the execution of delivery contracts and system notifications.

4. International Data Transfers

As a global infrastructure provider, data may be processed in countries outside of residence. We utilize Standard Contractual Clauses (SCCs) and comply with recognized Data Privacy Frameworks to guarantee that cross-border transfers maintain the same level of protection as required by local regulations.

5. Retention & Deletion

We practice data minimization:

  • Transactional Data: Anonymized automatically after 30 days post-delivery.
  • System Logs: Retained for 90 days for security auditing.
  • Erasure: End-users may request permanent deletion via our "Right to be Forgotten" portal.

All requests for data access or deletion will be resolved within a maximum of 14 days.
